Maples for Winter Interest
Maples in the winter garden can become a real focal point because of their beautiful winter silhouette. They will create this beautiful lacy look all on their own, with no pruning at all, but if you are pruning to reduce mature size, it is best that special attention is paid to the effect of your cuts on the winter silhouette. The beautifully colored or patterned bark on some of the maples give us another feature of great interest in the winter garden. I am very interested in trees for Bark Interest.

Many of these trees are rare and hard to find comercially but all are worth the effort for their great contribution to the winter garden when color and interesting patterning is at a premium. If we do not have them available now, please do not hesitate to put them on "Reserve" with us and we will be sure you are notified when they become available.
